Ferriday is a master Pilates instructor with over 5 years of experience. Her favorite classes are early mornings and Sunday afternoons, but you’ll likely see her all over the schedule. Ferriday loves Planks and split carriage - be ready to work!
Jennifer is a master Pilates teacher who has been teaching on the reformer for over 5 years. Whether it’s jumps or using the long box, Jennifer always brings it. Her favorite classes to teach are mid-morning on weekdays & Saturday mornings classes. Be ready for fun music and a challenging work out!
Libbie began teaching spin 6 years ago, but the reformer soon stole her heart! She loves a good beat and Loves to incorporate jumps in class to get your heart pumping. Libbie will be teaching at various times in the schedule. If you’re looking for a challenging & well rounded work out, Libbie is fantastic.
Madeline has been teaching group fitness for 3 years and reformer Pilates since 2019. She is an Exercise Science major with plans to attend physical therapy school post graduation. Madeline loves working the legs- lunges and squats, plus working the core hard each class.
Molly has been a student of Pilates for many years, and recently got her certification to teach. She loves to teach “fusion” classes, incorporating exercises on and off the reformer, sometimes using the barre. Looking to mix it up? Molly’s your girl.
Brittni loves teaching reformer Pilates and the energy that comes with group classes. She’s a terrific motivator who will put you through a balanced and varied work out each time. Brittni will mainly teach early mornings & some Sundays. Get ready for fun!
Sarah has been teaching reformer Pilates for 5 years. She loves focusing on the core through Planks and jumping, loves flying lunges & making sure all clients get a great workout. Sarah will mainly teach on Mondays but may also pop in on Saturdays.
Roane has been teaching group fitness for over 20 years. She’s been a gym owner as well and is returning to us to teach Pilates again. She’s certified in many forms of exercise but loves they reformer because of how well-balanced the work out is. Roane is looking forward to working with clients at all fitness levels & goals.
Keri is a burst of great energy. She has taught many forms of group exercise including Zumba, Pilates, and HIIT classes. Most recently she has been a gym owner, and is now bringing her positivity and energy to Core. Get ready for a fun playlist and an upbeat workout every time!
We are thrilled that one of our favorites is joining the CORE team! Anne-Marie has taught reformer Pilates for three years and loves arm work with ropes. She has a background in ballet and works closely with clients on their form. Anne-Marie will do manly early mornings and some after work classes… But you may see her pop in on a weekend
